The CBD Association (CBDA), a 501(c)(6) non-profit trade association, was established to effectively and holistically promote strong and viable CBD and cannabinoid industries in the United States and internationally.
CBDA represents the growers, processors, suppliers, manufacturers, brand owners, retailers, and associated industries of CBD and cannabinoid products. CBDA works with international government agencies, the U.S. Congress, federal agencies and the states to promote a science-based regulatory framework for ingredients in products marketed as food, beverages, dietary supplements, pet food, and cosmetics.
The services provided by CBDA help reassure consumers worldwide that CBD and cannabinoid products are safe and manufactured from trustworthy sources following appropriate GMPs. CBDA also promotes and initiates scientific research and educates the public about the positive benefits of CBD and cannabinoid products.
