CBDA is a member-driven association. Members will have a voice in the drafting of policies, legislation, and the regulations which will be adopted and advocated by CBDA. CBDA will be proactive, looking around the corners, to give members a head’s up on what international, federal and state legislators and regulators might be contemplating that could impact your business.

Furthermore, CBDA will educate the government and private sector to generate a more receptive environment for the entire cannabis industry and communicate those benefits to all parties. Member companies will have unique access to a quality verification program as well as to a vetted list of professional entities (banks, lawyers, retailers, insurance) that will help your company thrive.
